Accepting Boards & Commission Applications 

The City of Sikeston is in the process of preparing for our annual Boards & Commissions appointments. We currently have 35 positions available on 15 different boards. Some terms are up for reappointment and others have expiring terms.  We accept Citizens Resource Bank Applications throughout the year but to be considered for this round of appointments, applications must be submitted to Rhonda Council at City Hall or by email to by Friday, August 14th at 5:00 p.m. 

To be eligible for appointment, taxpayers must have no outstanding municipal taxes, fees or fines. If you know of someone who would be interested in serving on one of these boards, ask them to fill out an application and return to City Hall by the above date.
