Constructs and repairs complex concrete structures (streets, curbs, sidewalks, etc.) utilizing controlled layouts, form construction, saw cutting, concrete removal, placement of joining materials and concrete finishing utilizing manual and machine tools.  Sets up and manages traffic control zones utilizing signage and flaggers.  Performs maintenance on historic brick streets including removal and replacement.  Performs construction and maintenance of simple and complex buildings including rough and finish carpentry, and basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC improvements.  Constructs installs and maintains stormwater systems including pipe networks, concrete junctions and open channels.  Performs maintenance of public right of way including public drainage basins while open to traffic including mowing, edging, striping, sign maintenance and grade stabilization.  Removes storm debris, trees/limbs, snow and ice as needed using heavy equipment, trucks and hand tools and other tasks as assigned.
