All vendors remain on the City’s active vendor list for one (1) year. If a firm does not respond to a request for bid or quotation during this one (1) year period, their name may be removed from the vendor list.

Bids #20-7 through 20-11, Drainage Ditch Clearing 

The City of Sikeston is soliciting bids for the mopping/cleanout of five ditches within the City of Sikeston as specified in the bid packet. The sealed bids will be subject to the terms and conditions listed in the bid packet and any special conditions set forth therein. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 AM, Monday, September 23, 2019 in the C.D. Matthews room at City Hall. Bidders are strongly advised to attend.

The sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 105 E. Center Street, Sikeston, Missouri 63801, until 1:30 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2019. Bids should have the vendor’s name and the bid number located on the outside of the envelope. Any questions should be directed to Brian Dial, Street Superintendent, at 573-471-2512.
